We are a cooperative of 3 members that breeds cattle, sheep and pigs. The cattle graze freely in our beautiful pastures for most of the year, respecting the typical traditions of the area and having a secure and genuine feeding.

Our butcher's makes an electronic certification of the beef meat with a special electronic scale that for every quantity of meat purchased emits a ticket with all the data related to the animal.

This thanks to an integrated system of electronic certification provided by Bovinmarche, and to their rigid and strict controls.

With this real identity card our customer is immediately aware of the breed, age, sex, serial number, place of birth and name of the breeder, related to the calf or the beef.

The farm's produce are sold directly to the public in the store within the little supermarket Emi in Mercatello sul Metauro.
